HAPPY RELEASE DAY TO THE AMAZON HARDCOVER FOR A WAR AMONGST THE STARS!!!

I am thrilled to announce that the AWATS ebook, paperback, AND case laminate hardcover is now available to purchase! I know… it only took me a year to get these babies out after my failed release last September but you know what? Everything happens for a reason because I swear, this new version of AWATS is by far, way better than that first version. I mean, when you read or re-read it, you’ll see why… 😉

With that, although the plot of the story has remained the same, I want to share what’s new, improved and different in the UPDATED, RE-VISED version of A War Amongst The Stars.

-There was a massive re-edit fixing all known errors and an improvement to sentence structure. 

-Whereas there were thirty-one chapters in the old version, there are now nine extra chapters in the Amazon editions and ten chapters in the B&N editions. So, forty total chapters!

-Lot’s of added dialogue and new exciting scenes.

-New POV.

-Improved world building with detailed explanations and vivid imagery. 

-A book two title reveal.

-The B&N exclusive paperback and hardcover editions include a steamy character art page of Serena and Zurhen, 

a digitally signed by the author page, and an extra bonus chapter at the end with Nolance.

-The B&N exclusive ebook includes just the bonus chapter of Nolance.

Now that I have gotten the Amazon versions published and out of the way, now I will be ramping up to get this REAL B&N release party going strong. Still no exact date on when that release date will be but I will know soon so keep a lookout for that annoucement. If you haven’t already heard, I will be opening my ARC and Street Teams up again and looking to take on new members. I will also be opening up applications to become one of my PR Book Box Influencers, but fyi, one of the rules are that you must have read AWATS and loved it. Boxes will only go out to AWATS’s biggest fans. Announcements for those opportunities will come right after I announce the B&N release date.

Moving on, here’s a few extra things to know:

Amazon will not update the ebook to the newest version so, if you previously bought the old version before July 8, 2023 then unfortunately, you are and I are stuck with that outdated one in our libraries, but the revised ebook edition is available on B&N and with the bonus chapter. Other sites such as Apple Books, Google Play, and Kobo have been updated with the most recent AWATS version but they do not include the exclusive extra bonus chapter.

You heard that right! The Amazon paperback for A War Amongst The Stars is now live and available to purchase!!! I hope you’ve all been keeping up to date with this whole revamped version of AWATS. If not, you got a lot of catching up to do. If you have been keeping up since last September’s epic Amazon fiasco, then you know this publishing journey has been one hellish journey but WE DID IT! AWATS PAPERBACK IS NOW PUBLISHED!!! Also, if you previously read the original version of AWATS, then forget about it because this new edition is BIGGER, BETTER and WAY MORE MAGICAL! I’m not going to go into detail about what’s all new and revised because it’s a lot but its on the homepage on my website to read. AWATS UPDATE PLUS MORE!

It’s been a while. I know. Hang in there, I got a lot coming in this email.

If you’ve been keeping up with me on Instagram, you’ll know that I took some time away after my disastrous book release of awats. Didn’t hear what happened? Here’s a little re-cap for ya… A War Amongst The Stars was set to be released last Sept 28th but two days before, Amazon cancelled the story as well as over 1,000 pre-orders. Basically, the release was a disaster which set things back a lot. Fast forward to now, i’m giving this release a do over and making it bigger and better than the Amazon release ever was and I’m choosing Barnes and Noble to do it with!

I get a second chance to do this and you bet I’m going to go big! Basically, we’re starting this party all over again and doing it the way it should have gone down.

With that, I’m re-opening forms for ARC Readers, Street Team Members, and for PR Book Influencers and I plan to give my subscribers exclusive access to those forms before I open them to the public! So, if you’re interested in applying, then stay tuned because that email is coming soon!

Now here’s some FAQ’s:

~AWATS ebook is now available on Amazon, B&N, Google Play, Apple Books, and Kobo. (More to come.)
~AWATS ebook has not been updated with the re-vamped version but will before the print versions are published.
~AWATS is now in Ingramspark so it will be open to all stores.
~The paper back and hardcover version of AWATS will be published to both Amazon and B&N. Both publishing dates will coincide. That’s if Amazon plays nice this time. The goal is to make the B&N release the main event so to help with that, I have decided to give the B&N edition a special bonus chapter and book two title reveal that the Amazon edition will not have.
~The new publishing date is TBD.
~The B&N editions will be open to pre-ordering.
~The B&N editions will come with a pre-order incentive which will be announced later.
~The first three chapters for the RE-VAMPED version of AWATS is now available to read. Read them HERE

Now, on to some other things.

Since you last read awats, the book has gone through a very strong edit. Nothing pivotal was changed but the revised version does contain added dialogue, more description, changes to sentence structure and just an overall deep sweep of grammatical issues. It’s the re-vamped version and damn is it even better and more magical.

Storybound Fest has been cancelled so I will no longer be attending as a signing author. For information on that, please see their website or Instagram. I will still be attending Imaginarium Book Festival. Right now tickets are sold out but general admission is free. If you want a  ticket, you can pick it up at the reservation table. The date for that event is May 20-21st and it will be in Washington DC. See there website for more info.I know I’m forgetting things so until I remember, make sure to follow me across social media so you don’t miss it!

THE “UNOFFICIAL,” AWATS PR BOX ANNOUNCEMENT

So, after my disastrous book release of A War Amongst The Stars, I plan to eventually have a B&N release but make it bigger and better than my Amazon release. With that, I’m going to need some help hyping it up. I’d love to choose those who have already read and loved the book. Those who have already hyped it up is also a plus. Haven’t decided how many I’ll give out but I’m thinking maybe 10-25. I’ll also be opening back up my Street Team. Street Team won’t get the PR Box but they will get something special. Basically, if you’re already a fan of the book, I’d love to have you. Over the next month or so, I’ll be going through my tagged posts on IG and Booktok to find and ask if you’d be interested in being one of my book PR influencers. For my Street Team, once all PR spots are filled, I will have a sign up form for everyone else interested in helping me re-hype up awats.

Gotta have read the book prior though. I’d hate for you to hype a book before reading it only to find out you hate hot aliens 👽 and tentacle play 🐙
